What can you offer me different than any other Bank?

We can offer you all those offers that any other bank in Spain can do in just one visit, even if there is no CS office in your city.There are some entities that apply risky strategies to gain a larger piece of the market and offer better conditions than other banks established in their areas of influence. Even in more complicated operations, without proof of income, or emabargos, we can approach private investors or foreign banks.

How much is this going to cost me ?

You shall be informed as soon as we get the financial approval from the entity involved for your OK. You will always know your expenses, monthly fees, interests, etc in advance.

Where do sign the operation ?

As soon as we get the operation approved you will be advised as to the notary public, bank branch or creditservices office where the signature shall take place.

What Bank are we going to colaborate with ?

Once the dossier is completed, it is presented to one or various financial entities (depending on what is more convenient). As soon as we have a financial approval, we inform you which entity is involved.

Will it be more expensive …?

Our consultancy service is completely free for you. In most of the cases due to the volume we manage nationwide, we can offer you better conditions. Our fees are included in the global calculation of the loan.

Why not go directly to a bank?

You may go directly to a bank, or choose to approach us instead. It would be like seeing various financial entities at once. Since we collaborate with most or all of them, we can offer you all their products and services, saving you much time and money. At the same time, we can prepare your dossier, and present it even to a company that may not be available in your vicinity. Since we dispose of private capital as well as agreements with foreign banking enterprises, we can assume more risk than your regular bank can, especially in difficult cases and embargos.

How is that you can offer me these services?

Since 1995, the figure of a banking agent has been regulated, a change that has resulted in an important race in order to find external collaborators to support the commercial network. We have opted to collaborate with more than one entity, to be free from norms that hinder our possibility to offer the widest variety of services and products to our clients.
